He fixed that one hole kind of. And tried to fix doors. The backdoor is still letting air in. Says he'll be back tomorrow.

The Fiberglass Insulation is Drenched Old Dutch Farms

The fiberglass insulation is drenched, dirty and has garbage mixed in it.

The contractor who came on 1/17 showed me several patch repairs and opened one, that was drooping severely, revealing wet insulation, dirt and a disposable cup. This might explain the phantom water puddles I've written to you about in the home, with no visible leak coming from the ceilings. 

The flexible dryer exhaust vent line being used to circulate heat cannot withstand the weight, therefore restricting heat flow throughout the home.

The front and back doors still have large gaps that allow air flow. The front screen door is still hard to close and sticks, both screen doors pop open even if locked. Backdoor may be letting in water, but I can't be sure if it's the door gap or furnace closet. 

There haven't been any water bill changes. This water is from the outside elements and breaching this home (hopefully not connecting up with any electrical wiring if coming from above and down the walls).

The wall panel is broken by the front door (which still has a gap). It made a loud noise and popped, which prompted the call to City Inspectors. There's also building material in the flexible dryer exhaust vent lines. 

The forecast this week calls for rain and temperatures as low as 25 degrees. 

The contractor Thursday, said he had a panel and could have a crew out here to get all of it fixed.

Here is video of water running out of the underbelly insulation. As you can see that is slot of water and it freezes and I'm living on giant ice cube!!

The Contractor who came on this day said he could have a crew here the next day and fix everything. He never returned.

The contractor who came showed me several patch repairs (spanning the entire underbelly of a new home 5/16) and opened one, that was drooping severely, revealing wet insulation, dirt, and a disposable cup. Reported to management about phantom water spots and puddles appearing in the home after rain. for eight months.

I tell her the issues with the house every time I walk in and pay rent. That's eight months of phone calls, emails and face to face request to fix the same issues.

One of the inspectors left inspection before the other two and went straight to Old Dutch Farm office. His colleague told me yesterday morning on the phone.

City Of Novi Building Inspectors Old Dutch Farms

Called the city to ask how to file a complaint and was immediately transferred to an Inspector, without my question being answered or even being told I was being transferred.

He asked for the address and where it was.

I told him about the water, heating, cooling, water dripping, structure noises... All of the issues! Early the next morning he said the complaint was closed without a visit.

My fiancee urged them to come out and they did.

Three inspectors came one time to the house with no tools and never looked under the home. Took a few images, left a pamphlet and said they would contact management.

They were told about the puddles of water that come out of nowhere. The microwave issues and then some...

No help at all.

They saw the broken wall panel on the door that's been repaired four plus times and still allows air in.

The Microwave, Electricity and Whirlpool Old Dutch Farms

The barely used microwave stopped working. Whirlpool tech said something is wrong power coming into the home. I blew the mother board. I'm sure management was advised. Nothing was done.

This fell off, last maintenance man than left it hanging and did the caulking you see.

Light Still Coming in Around Doors Old Dutch Farms

8:52 AM Tenant: There is still light coming in from the front and rear doors on the exterior, and the front bathroom door when shut, you can push on it and it will open still, the AC runs a lot even when it is at the temperature you set it at, I do not want to have a high electric bill due to the AC not shutting off when it reaches the set temperature on the thermostat.

10:27 AM PM Old Dutch Farms: I have submitted a Work order for the exterior doors and bathroom door as well.  They will contact you for an appointment.   Please check your thermostat and make sure that it is set to “Auto” and not “Fan”.  Let me know what you find.

7:33 AM Tenant: Good morning, I have noticed several problems with the home, in the master bathroom, the hot water on the sink is not working, the shower head needs plumbing tape on it, the stove does not light, and needs to be pushed back where it belongs, the front door, you can see daylight where the hinges is, and the storm door handle is broke, also when I got there Friday night, the tile was closed up from the heater being on.
