City Of Novi Building Inspectors Old Dutch Farms

Called the city to ask how to file a complaint and was immediately transferred to an Inspector, without my question being answered or even being told I was being transferred.

He asked for the address and where it was.

I told him about the water, heating, cooling, water dripping, structure noises... All of the issues! Early the next morning he said the complaint was closed without a visit.

My fiancee urged them to come out and they did.

Three inspectors came one time to the house with no tools and never looked under the home. Took a few images, left a pamphlet and said they would contact management.

They were told about the puddles of water that come out of nowhere. The microwave issues and then some...

No help at all.

They saw the broken wall panel on the door that's been repaired four plus times and still allows air in.
